  2024 PURCHASING INFORMATION

All our foals are 98% to 100% NFQHA Foundation (100% FQHR & FQHA) & 6 panel N/N by parentage, unless otherwise stated.  All foals will be color tested where necessary to determine true results.  All weanlings will be sold Halter Broke, Dewormed, AQHA Registered, Out of State-Coggins Tested & Vet Inspection Health Certificate, and Branded. (All at Sellers Expense).

 We accept a non-refundable deposit of $600 to hold your foal.  A deposit is an agreement that you are purchasing       said foal & your deposit will take foal off the market.  In addition, once you have put a deposit down on a foal, it is         non-transferable.  This is a family operation, and payments for weanlings are made to the family member that           owns the mare (dam to foal). (See next comment for further details)

 Payments can be made at your discretion, and PAID in Full by Aug 15, 2024.   We will treat & if necessary take the foal to vet if injured or sick. If you have been making payments, and due to a serious life threatening injury or death, your money minus the deposit will be  returned.  NO REFUNDS on Deposits. (This would be the only time a deposit is transferrable).   Pre-purchase exams at buyers expense are encouraged if there are any concerns.  We will provide you with videos and pictures before  purchase, or you are most WELCOME to come and see in person the foal you are interested in.  We will update the buyer with regular/timely Photos and Videos.  We will not get any Shipping Vet work done unless the foal is paid for.

 The Weanlings will be weaned Sept 1, 2024 ~ and that is when we begin halter breaking them.   Weanlings can ONLY  be picked up between Sept 16, 2024 and Sept 30, 2024.  Please make your arrangements for pick  up in that window of time. NO EXCEPTIONS!  If you need help finding a ride for your weanling, please let us know,  we have several contacts that we can share with you.  We are not responsible for death or injury that may  occur to your weanling once it has left our property.   It is your responsibility to have your shipper keep in contact with us ahead of time to schedule a date for pickup.  If other arrangements have to be made, both parties must AGREE on a new plan.  We will charge board for a weanling at $10/day after Sept. 30, 2024.   PLEASE contact us if you cannot meet these deadlines to work out other possible options.
 

 Forms of payment accepted are a personal check, money order/certified check, bank wires, or Cash. If you choose to use a Personal Check/Money Order/Certified Check, we allow 5 business days to get a check to us.   All sales are final.   NO LONGER taking Pay Pal or other payment apps
